Reservation and Confirmation
Reservation can be made by fax, letter or e-mail one month prior to arrival.
A deposit is required with reservation of tours, hotels, air/train tickets or other services. Deposit should reach our office no later than 7 days after initial reservation. Balance is due 15 days before the commencement of the tours or other services.
Upon receipt of your deposit, we will start with arrangement. We shall notify you as soon as your reservation is confirmed(it usually takes only one or two days). A Letter or fax of Confirmation with a detailed itinerary or service list, together with the confirmation code will be sent you when the full payment is received.
We reserve the right to cancel all the confirmed services if we do not receive the balance within 15 days prior to scheduled arrival in China.

Cancellation Policy
We shall compensate for any loss due to our default. For loss arising from your change or cancellation, unless reconfirmed by us, you should be responsible for this loss.
Cancellation Policy for Full Package Tours, Optional Tours or Mini-package Tours Reservation
Full refund, less the deposit as handling fee, if the cancellation is made in written up to 15 days prior to scheduled arrival in China. After which, the following cancellation charge will apply:
1. 15-8 days before
departure.......10% of tour price
2. 7-5 days before departure.........30% of tour price
3. 4-2 days before departure.........50% of tour price
4. on or after departure date.........100% of tour price
For any change after tour is confirmed and document are issued, a handling fee of US$25.00 per person per change will apply. A late booking fee of US$25.00 per person may be charged for bookings within 15 days prior to commencement of the tour.

Airlines policy will apply, US$50.00 per booking will be charged as handling fee plus any
charges assessed by airlines. |
Cancellation Policy for Hotel Reservation

cancellation is made 4-15 days before scheduled check-in date.
If you cancel 3 days (72 hours) or less prior to your schedule arrival date, the first night's
lodging rate plus US$50.00 as handling fee will be charged. |
